Our beginnings

We started life working solely in the building and services sector, working for a huge array of privet individuals and companies alike. Still going from strength to strength after so many years we feel the need to share our wealth of knowledge in this often daunting confusing industry. We’ve established the main issues our clients have: thats finding someone trusted to undertake the work and sourcing the best quality products to suit a particular budget. We have worked with and used hundreds of suppliers and tradesmen and have found 95% let us/you the customer down. Our mission was to find the exceptional out of the bunch and only promote the 5% that don’t.

How we works

From the first contact, we locate the appropriate team member to discuss your project.
We provide an estimate and discuss the budget.
The next step is to carry out a site visit and take measurements to provide an accurate quote.
If the quote is acceptable, we can then discuss in detail, key aspects of the project. These will include management of timescale, other possible costs and hazard analysis to avoid the possibility of unexpected setbacks.

River ODP will request the final payment only when the project is fully completed and the client is satisfied.
